It is been a while that I wish to write something about how I got benefited due to open source philosophy..As I completed the IBM Qiskit Challenge India( Daily challenge) on hackerearth platform..
This caused the trigger to write Today..
As we know Qiskit by IBM is an open source framework for quantum computing.
This is not about the features or review about Qiskit this is more about people who are part of the open source community..
>The mentors are so much helping ...Even if our doubts were elementary...(They are not getting any monetary benefit for this event)
>The peers who are participant are also very helpful..
>Very thankful to IBM and people of IBM for the servies like IBMQ and Qiskit in the field of quantum computing..
>The tutorials in IBM qiskit channel in youtube also was helpful also the Qiskit learning resources
>The people of QOSF is also very helpful (Not related to challenge but kudos to their initiatives like mentorship programs)...
Another popular example is Linux as we all know...its growth is all because of the open source philosophy and the community contributions..Look at the heights they have reached..Even Microsoft is nowadays providing services for Linux..
As a whole even if there is no monetary benefit but sharing knowledge and collective growth will definitely will help in the betterment of society
We need money ...But for betterment of society the collective growth is something that always helps...
Give ideas...Take ideas....Help each other...Let us all get better together..
